Yoga classes are designed to be modified for individual needs.  The class environment is friendly, supportive and non-competitive.  Sessions are available Sunday-Thursday.  Payments must be received before each cycle.  Check, cash and all major credit cards accepted.  Classes are held in the hospital cafeteria.  Bring your own mat. 

  • one session per wk      $60
  • two sessions per wk    $120
  • three sessions per wk $140
