If you have been diagnosed with a specific medical condition, such as high blood pressure, diabetes, obesity, kidney disease, high cholesterol, or if you are looking for advice and assistance with overall weight management, please contact us. 

We accept most insurances and many insurances will cover all or part of the cost of consultation.  A physician's order is required.
